Hi, I’m Katie, a Business, Life & Mindset Coach and I am so passionate about helping you to fulfil your potential, so you can live in a joyful, abundant and aligned way, however that looks for you, in your business and your life.

I know how all of these things feel, I use to be like this myself, until I sought help from various coaches and modalities, I studied how our minds can hold us back and finally I released myself from my self made prison. I finally started really living and loving my life, as well as making the income and impact in my business that I always dreamt of.

I now fuse my 22 years of strategic business growth experience, with life and mindset coaching, plus the other modalities I have found most beneficial, to help you achieve your dreams too.

As a Mindfulness Life Coach I use all the aspects of myself to help enhance your life, is ways you had never imagined. I’m a certified Mindfulness Life Coach, and I have been coaching and mentoring on business and marketing for the past 10 years. I am also a Jikiden Reiki practitioner [10 years], I practice Kundalini Yoga and EFT too.

My passion for coaching really ignited when I experienced first had the transformation it had on my own life, how it shifted my level of consciousness and empowered me to see where I was holding myself back in my life [often unknowingly] and gave me the tools to move myself forward.

I started my business in 2010, after I was made redundant, and what felt like one of the worst things in the world at the time, turned out to be the best.

Every Monday I run sessions to help you start the week feeling more grounded, calm, balanced, restored, energised and scared. Using a blend of the mediums I use in my coaching work, I will guide you through a mix of techniques, including mindfulness, visualisations, meditations, breath work, kundalini, oracle cards and other exercises to help you connect to your intuition and soul.
