Please find below my cancellation and refund policy as listed per service:
By attending any events or sessions with me, you are agreeing your are fit, well and take full responsibility for your own mental, physical and emotional health, safety and wellbeing prior, during and post event.
Women’s Circle:
Apologies but refunds are not given for Circles due to limited spaces. If you book and are unable to attend, you may however transfer your place to someone else.
In the event that I need to cancel for any reason, you will be given the option of a refund or reschedule to another date.
Day & mini retreats:
Apologies but refunds are not be given for these events. If for any reason you cannot attend I will offer you the opportunity to reschedule to a future date instead, but 5 days notice must be given in order to do so. If the event you want to reschedule to is more expensive, then you will need to pay the extra to secure. Please note deposits made to hold your place are not refundable.
Pease note no refunds will be given due to Force majeure, the event will be rescheduled as soon as possible and your place will be held for you at this.
Workshops including Kundalini:
Refunds cannot be given for these events due to limited spaces, including deposits made to hold your place. If you book and are unable to attend, you may however transfer your place to someone else.

Kundalini yoga classes:
Apologies but refunds are not given for classes due to limited spaces. If you book and are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to someone else. This applies to free trial spaces also. Only one free trial per person and if cancelled, you will need to pay for your next booked session.

Circle for One :
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy, which means you may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before a scheduled session but you must notify myself no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled private Circle if you want to do either.
If you notify me after the 48 hours, I will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed session (if it was missed due to extenuating circumstances) but this will be at my discretion. I may offer you a Zoom session instead of in-person for this missed session.
If you are late for the Session, then the appointment will run to the time originally allotted to it and finish as arranged (so this doesn’t have a knock on to other appointments). No shows will not be offered a reschedule.
All sessions are paid in advance and no refunds are offered, just an option to reschedule as per above terms.
Mindfulness Life coaching:
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy, which means a Client may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before a scheduled session but you must notify myself no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation if you want to do either.
If you miss a scheduled Coaching Session and notify me after the 48 hours, I will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting (if it was missed due to extenuating circumstances). but this will be at my discretion. I also may offer you a Zoom session instead of in-person instead for this missed session.
If you are late for the Coaching Session, then the appointment will run to the time originally allotted to it and finish as arranged (so this doesn’t have a knock on to other client appointments).

Reiki treatments:
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy, which means a Client may cancel or reschedule, but Client MUST notify myself no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled treatment.
If Client misses the treatment appointment without notice I cannot offer a refund. If the client is late to their session, then the appointment will run to the time originally allotted to it and finish as arranged (so this doesn’t have a knock on to other client appointments).
All sessions are paid in advance and no refunds are offered, just an option to reschedule.
