If you are not feeling balanced or whole at the moment ~ in integrity with your true authentic self, then this is a great place to start some gentle self enquiry.

Quite often from doing this exercise you will see that the simplest shifts can have the biggest impact, and often the things that we think are causing us issues, are not the root cause at all.
It could be something as basic as making sure we get enough good quality sleep.
You are going to feel out of balance if your basic fundamental needs are not being met.
This is incredibly useful as a tool as it can stop you from spiralling into thinking so much is wrong with your world, when it could be as simple as making sure you are getting enough good quality food and rest.
As a human being we all crave balance and the sense of peace this can bring. If you are currently feeling out of balance this is a great exercise to take yourself through and see where the root cause might be stemming from.
